After three months of comprehensive auditing and optimization, Heshengli Steel has successfully completed the annual upgrade of our quality management system. This upgrade covered all production processes from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, with special enhancements to the monitoring of coating process parameters and the standardization of testing procedures. We've introduced advanced data tracking systems for critical processes including galvanizing coating weight control and color coating thickness management, achieving full-process quality traceability. Additionally, we've strengthened supplier assessment standards and optimized the management of key control points in production. This system upgrade will further improve product quality stability and consistency, providing customers with more reliable quality assurance and laying a solid foundation for our upcoming international certification preparations.
